GREAT BOOK
By FEDERICO
I have read this magnificent book and sincerely i recommend it. The book contains a selection of the best essays on the contract law. The reader will find writings of Holmes, Dworkin, Hart, Fuller, Coleman , Finnis, Posner, Kennedy, Kress, Coase, among others. You can enjoy classics works related to moral and law of contract, theories of adjudication, legal indeterminacy, standards and rules in the contract law theory, etc. For all those who need to understand the philosophy of modern contract law, I recommend this book where you will meet essays published in different reviews of law.The good thing is the reader will have all these tests in a single book!

Excellent collection of essays
By M-Stew
I owned this book for several years before formally studying philosophy of law, so it took me some time to realize its value. Formalism, Realism, Positivism, Dworkin, CLS.. It's all there. No anthology is complete, but this is one of my most valuable. The other two, in no particular order of importance, are Jules Coleman's "Readings in the Philosophy of Law" and Clarence Morris's "Great Legal Philosophers". Together, these three books contain enough legal philosophy to keep you occupied for a long time.
In this particular anthology, I found Weinrib's essay on the immanent rationality of law FASCINATING!
